HOW DO I PURCHASE FROM CHRONO ADDICT?
We insist on making it easy to purchase a pre-owned Seiko. Visit our company’s webpage or eBay shop to purchase one of the watches listed. Send us a message if you have any questions and we usually answer them within 24 hours.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a seven day no questions asked return policy, counting from the day you received the watch. Outside of the seven days we offer a buyback program which is 25% off your purchase price, plus damage to watch, if any. Buyer shall be responsible for the return shipping charge.
HOW LONG DO YOU NEED TO PROCESS THE ORDER?
Our order processing time is usually within 3 working days after payment is received.
IS YOUR SITE SECURED?
Chrono Addict is protected under the security provided by Shopify. We will never sell or offer your information to anyone.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We prefer payment by all major credit cards (through Shopify's secured payment gateway), and PayPal. You may also wire (bank transfer) to us, with banking charge at buyer's side.
HOW DO I KNOW IF PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED AT YOUR SIDE?
Paypal and Shopify's payment gateway will authenticate payments. Once the payment is cleared, we will process your order accordingly. If you are paying by bank transfer, we will send you an email when we receive the funds. Once your watch is ready for shipping, you will receive tracking information.
ARE ALL YOUR WATCHES AUTHENTIC?
We guarantee that every pre-owned Seiko watch on this site is 100 percent authentic. If there are any after market parts on the watch, we will note them on the description. We stand behind this authenticity guarantee and offers a full refund on any watch not found to be completely as described.
CAN YOU CUSTOMIZE MY WATCH?
We do not customize watches. We sell factory Seiko only. We do offer Seiko modification parts for hobbyist who like to do some changes on their watch.
DO YOU OFFER SEIKO WATCHES WITH PAPER AND BOX?
If a watch has original box and/or papers it will be stated and the picture of the box and paperwork will be shown. Otherwise, the watch will have been discounted accordingly. Many of our customers prefer the savings when there are no box and papers.
ARE YOUR PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE ACTUAL WATCH?
Yes, all photos are of the actual watch unless we state ‘temporary’ master. However, all side views of watch are untouched and magnify x10 and are always of the actual watch shown.
